Britney Spears will be leaving rehab this week, according to reports.

The 25 year old troubled pop princess checked into Malibu’s Promises rehab clinic last month for depression and alcoholism. Now counselors claim she’s ready to take on the world again after battling her substance-abuse demons.

Sources tell TMZ.com the rehab stay has helped the pop star get a grip on her life.

There are also claims that Britney met with estranged husband Kevin Federline over the weekend, and has promised to amicably resolve the custody battle over sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

According to TMZ.com, Spears and Federline have agreed to an even split of physical custody, while the pop star will gain primary custody of her kids when she’s back on her feet–and that will be sooner rather than later.

One insider says,

Britney has literally turned her life around.
